The Architecture: How It Works

• The Core Deposit: Members commit a disciplined monthly baseline of £20 to their digital vaults.
• The Liquid Vault: Your vault balance updates in real time through our monitoring infrastructure, giving you precise visibility over every contribution and reward event.
• The Skill-Gate: Access to reward events is never purchased. Each weekly entry must be earned by passing that week's Skill Test — a three-level assessment where outcome is determined entirely by performance, not chance.
• The Final Trial — Crack the Vault: Passing all three Skill Test trials with a combined score of 6 or higher unlocks Crack the Vault, a live final stage held at a fixed weekly moment. Every qualifying member races the exact same challenge, at the exact same time, for a strictly limited window — the fastest member to complete it wins that week's reveal. If two members finish in an exact tie, the higher combined Skill Test score decides it. There is no separate prize-pool weighting by score — every member who qualifies has a genuine, skill-determined shot at the same outcome.
• One Week, One Chance: Each week provides a single opportunity to earn an entry. If you fail the Skill Test, that week's entry is not carried over and a new test unlocks the following week.
• The Prize Contribution: £5 supports the weekly prize pool and gives you one opportunity to qualify through the Skill Test each week. Your £5 monthly allocation gives you one Skill Test opportunity in each weekly cycle during that month — so a single monthly contribution funds several weekly opportunities, not just one. Passing each week's Skill Test is what earns your entry into that week's draw, independent of the contribution itself.
• The Collective Prize Pool: As the community grows, consistent earned entries build a scalable, collective prize pool.

If You Don't Win

Passing the Skill Test only guarantees your entry into that week's Crack the Vault stage — it doesn't guarantee a win. If you don't finish fastest that week, nothing else changes: your £15 Vault balance is untouched, and a new Skill Test unlocks the following week for another shot.

Withdrawals & Cancelling

• Withdrawing: Your £15 Vault balance is designed to be accessible — you can withdraw it at any time, subject to standard processing times. The £5 weekly contribution funds that week's prize pool the moment it's confirmed, so it isn't itself withdrawable.
• Cancelling: You can turn off your monthly standing order at any time from your account settings. This stops future £20 payments; your existing £15 Vault balance remains yours regardless.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to join The Twenty. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to hold an account.

Squads

Members can group into ten-person squads. When all ten stay active, the squad qualifies for a shared £5,000 Squad Share if one of its members wins that week's reveal — one winner takes the main prize, the whole squad shares in the outcome. If a member drops out, the squad loses access to the Squad Share until it's back to ten active members.
