The Twenty started with that question. For years, saving and having a chance to win have been treated as completely separate experiences. We wanted to explore a different approach — one that puts saving at the centre, adds a genuine element of skill, and gives people the opportunity to take part in something bigger with their community. That's where The Twenty came from.
Your Vault is the foundation. Your Squad is the community. The Skill Test is the challenge. And the £1,000,000 prize is the long-term ambition. But we're not rushing to get there — we're building The Twenty in stages, testing each part carefully and making sure the foundations are right before we scale.

Why we're scaling carefully
Our long-term ambition is a £1,000,000 weekly prize reveal, supported by a community large enough to make the model sustainable. But in regulated finance, you don't build a skyscraper without testing the foundation first. Here's why we're rolling out The Twenty in secure, phased milestones rather than launching the £1M reveal on day one.
Building The Economics Responsibly
To fund a growing prize pool without ever touching the £15 held in your Vault, we need a specific volume of active members. Scaling our prize pools alongside our user base keeps the platform's economics sustainable.
Testing the Plumbing First
The £15 Vault allocation is being designed to remain separate from The Twenty's operating funds. The final banking and safeguarding structure will be established and disclosed before paid participation launches. In the meantime, we're stress-testing Crack the Vault, our skill-gate logic, and our banking APIs with smaller, high-frequency reveals first — we won't move faster than our infrastructure allows.
Regulatory Readiness
We're building The Twenty with regulatory requirements in mind from the beginning. Before paid participation launches, the applicable regulatory position, terms, safeguarding arrangements and operating partners will be confirmed and clearly disclosed.
